With a tenure of over 18 years in multi-unit medical spa management, Nicole Strothman is a prominent figure in the legal industry. Her diverse roles have included positions as General Counsel, Head of HR, Risk Manager, and Director of Franchise Operations. These roles have given her a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in scaling and managing aesthetic businesses in a compliant fashion.

Nicole's expertise spans a vast array of legal and regulatory matters. Her specialization includes MSO/JV formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract, compliance, employment, franchising, real estate, and government relations. Notably, she has been instrumental in scaling a med spa enterprise across North America, showcasing growth from 4 units to over 180 and expanding the employee count from 30 to over 3,000 with multiple enterprise sale transactions.

Nicole's impact on the medical spa sector isn't just limited to operations. She's been a pioneering force, actively participating in the formation of model legislation and driving over 10 state legislative actions. As the founder and President of the International Aesthetic and Laser Association, Nicole made significant strides in the field before overseeing its merger with AmSpa.

Academically, Nicole holds both her M.B.A. and Juris Doctor from Stetson University, and during her undergraduate years at Florida State University, she majored in English with an emphasis on Business.

Outside of her professional commitments, Nicole cherishes family moments, is an avid skier, and is passionately pursuing Sommelier studies.
