Prior to this role, she was an Area Sales Director at Galderma, leaving a legacy of award-winning accomplishments. Kelly possesses extensive experience in team building and development, with a strong focus on creating a positive organizational culture. With a proven track record of recruiting top talent and nurturing individuals, Kelly has consistently demonstrated a proactive and service-oriented approach throughout her career. She has also been dedicated to volunteering and assuming leadership roles, enhancing training capabilities, and championing success for her teams and the practices she supports.
