Jennifer is a registered family nurse practitioner, and certified aesthetic nurse specialist with over 15 years’ experience in plastic surgery, skincare, and aesthetic nursing. Her passion for education came to fruition with the development of Institute of Aesthetics, an elite medical wellness and aesthetic training center she owns in Scottsdale, AZ. She provides the most outstanding aesthetic treatment services and advanced education. Institute of Aesthetics New Injector Immersion Program is one of very few centers  accredited in the country to provide aesthetic continuing education courses.Jennifer is an Allergan Medical Institute Ambassador Trainer, has attended and assisted in many AMI Master Course classes, is recognized as a Juvederm Lip Series Trainer, and a key opinion leader.  She sits on many advisory boards, and is a GenNOW Global Aesthetic Trainer for Galderma, a GAIN Business Trainer, and is recognized as a Galderma Center for Excellence.  Aside from aesthetic training, she has developed an aesthetic apprenticeship program, runs a successful medical spa, and manages a successful Patreon training platform
